Soap scraps are either soap ends or cut up soaps that did not turn out perfect (they are less beautiful).
The exfoliating bag can be used again and again. Feel free to add your soap scraps the bag. Exfoliating bags help exfoliating and they can make the soap last longer.

Use the soap scraps as is. Wet the bag and then exfoliate and wash yourself with it.
